Marching Band Concert Band Clinician Jake Hille

Jake Hille is a music educator and designer based out of Prosper, Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from the University of Oklahoma, and a Master of Music in Wind Band Conducting degree from Texas Christian University. He credits much of where he is today, and what he knows, to his fantastic mentors and peers he worked alongside at both Universities.

Jake has held full-time teaching roles at middle school and high school levels in 4A, 5A, and 6A classifications in the states of Oklahoma and Texas. Currently, he is in his 4th year at Celina High School, where the program has achieved consistent superior ratings across all marching and concert evaluations, multiple ATSSB OPS State Winner awards, and earned the title of UIL 4A State Marching Band Champion in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. In the realm of music and visual design, Jake has spent the last 10 years serving marching, concert, and pep band clients across the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Louisiana. His services include marching band drill design, indoor percussion drill design, marching band and indoor choreography, clinic/consultation services for marching and concert ensembles, marching and concert adjudication, and brass masterclasses.

Jake currently holds memberships in Texas Music Educators Association, Texas Bandmasters Association, The Association of Texas Small School Bands, and Texas Music Adjudicators Association. Outside of the life of music education and design, Jake engages in a physically active lifestyle and deeply values time spent with his wife Jessica, their daughters Emersyn and Avery, and their dog Kenji.
